He was sighted at Skegness Stadium on Saturday May 10th 2008 acting Suspisiously around the Gents toilets while using a Mobile Telephone and carrying a Camera.
He was also seen putting a small boy in a rubbish bin and when a member of the public challenged him to pick on sombody his own size he replied "Come On Then"
The Suspect is described as FAT and still thought to be wearing his distinctive Orange Mental Health Authority Wristband.
He is also known to hang out with mainly Males Under the age of 25.
